Unlimited Annual Support

Holiday Special Price: $99 Has Expired

Note: Our $99 special offer for unlimited annual support in 2020 expired December 31, 2019.

The good news: You still can order unlimited annual support for $199.

Who qualifies for this offer: Existing clients who maintain their own websites. (Clients who pay us to maintain their websites already receive unlimited annual support, as well as weekly website updates.)
What this offer covers: Unlimited website support through December 31, 2020
Regular Rate: $199 for the calendar year, January 1-December 31
Why you might want it: If your ministry has full responsibility for content updates on your website, you will get help as needed and peace of mind for your staff and volunteers (and/or for you) by signing up for unlimited support. Your purchase locks in your support cost for a whole year for just $199. (Without an unlimited support agreement, the cost for support is a minimum of $40 per request.)
Most churches who have purchased this service have used it at least six times per year, paying less than $20 for each support request.

We’ve been providing website support for Unity staff members and volunteers for more than a decade, so we know this service is needed and often used. These are the kinds of requests covered by an unlimited support purchase:
  • I’ve lost my log-in information.
  • We’ve moved, and I can’t remember how to change the address on our home page.
  • How do I change the headline under the slide show on our home page?
  • PayPal doesn’t seem to be working.
  • I’m getting an error when I upload our audio file.
  • Our layout changed, and I can’t figure out what I did to cause it.
  • I can’t remember how to change a recurring event.
  • How do I set up a new contact form?
  • How do I change the video at the bottom of our home page? I know we covered that, but I’ve forgotten.
  • How do we access Google Analytics for our website?
  • How do I fix a slow calendar?
  • There is an advisory on my Dashboard. What does it mean?
  • Our Podcasts page is not showing new posts. Can you help me figure out why?
  • We are getting too much spam on our website. How do we turn it off?
What is NOT covered:
  • Development of new web pages, features, and forms. (We will coach you but not do the work for you.)
  • Changes to the website necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. (Your website includes plugins, and sometimes plugin developers stop supporting them. When that happens, we must test replacements and install them.)
  • Restoring a website that has been compromised due to a client’s carelessness (for example: sharing of login information with unauthorized users; logging into the website’s Dashboard from public WiFi networks)
  • Training for new staff members and volunteers assigned to maintain the website.

If your ministry has full responsibility for website content updates, be kind to your staff, volunteers, your budget, and you. Get unlimited annual support now.
